All orders are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail which takes an average of 2 to 3 days to your "SHIP TO" address (excluding holidays and weekends). Delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska and US Possesions may vary from three days to a week. We will notify you immediately if an item is currently out of stock or discontinued. In most cases if an item is listed on the website, it is available for immediate shipment. You will be emailed the delivery confirmation on your shipment ASAP! RETURN POLICY
In the event you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.We will issue a 100% credit or refund, excluding shipping fee, if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns will only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect. No returns will be granted if the item's color does not match the color on the monitor or because of size. If returning an item, please follow directions below:
Package the item(s) securely. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, and in the original packaging. Please remember to include the Certificate of Authenticity. Send your package via UPS, FedEX or priority USPS. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
